Check-in
The key collection takes place from 3 pm onwards at the reception of the Beatrix residence, via Guglielmo Marconi, 1, 37011, Bardolino. The online check-in system is active. In order to collect the keys, it is imperative to have checked in online by 15.00 on the day of arrival. To do this, simply connect to the www.beatrix.it website, click on the check in button and fill in the required fields.
Check-out
On the day of departure, the apartment must be vacated by 10.00 am.
Important notes on cancellation
Any cancellation of the reservation is free of charge up to 7 days before the arrival date. From 7 days before to the day of arrival we request the total amount of the reservation.
